• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Engage in fraudulent activities or provide false information
• Use techniques learned to cheat in official competitive gaming events
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access rights to others

5.2 Maximum Liability

In no event shall SpeedTech's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to SpeedTech in the twelve months preceding the claim, or ¥10,000, whichever is greater.

6.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply.

6.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Tokyo. You hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts and waive any objection as to inconvenient forum.
